Aaron Judge Sets MLB Record with Strikeout in 36th Consecutive Game

By Anthony Blake

The second half of the 2017 MLB season has been a struggle for New York Yankees slugger Aaron Judge, as he’s fallen into a swing-and-miss pattern that he can’t get out of.

His record-setting K came in the top of the fifth inning at Fenway Park when Boston Red Sox ace Chris Sale sat Judge down.

With his three strikeouts on Saturday, Judge ran his total up to 166 on the season, third-most in a single season in Yankees history.

Talk about futility.
