Anthony Rizzo Becomes First Left-Hander to Play Third Base Since 1997 After Kris Bryant HBP

By Jason Fletcher

During the eighth inning of the Chicago Cubs’ 13-9 victory over the Cincinnati Reds Tuesday night, Kris Bryant was hit on the hand and forced to leave the game.

Unfortunately, the Cubs were out of position players so they were forced to move Anthony Rizzo across the diamond.

Rizzo became the first left-handed player to play third base since 1997.
