Dodgers' Rich Hill Loses Perfect Game in 9th, No-Hitter in 10th on Walk-off HR

By Anthony Blake

It was a performance for the ages for Los Angeles Dodgers hurler Rich Hill, who saw some great fielding preserve a perfect game bid into the ninth inning against the Pittsburgh Pirates.

Then an error ruined that attempt at history, but the real shocker came when a home run ended the once perfect night with a loss.

One swing by Josh Harrison left Hill with the loss and destroyed a great night on the mound for the Dodgers’ lefty.

He had one heck of an upbeat attitude considering what had just unraveled before his eyes.

Hopefully Hill can bounce back and find the spectacular form he had on Wednesday night the next time he takes to the mound.
