James McCann HR After Fight Drills Young Yankees Fan in the Face

The brawl that broke out between the New York Yankees and Detroit Tigers was sparked by James McCann getting drilled in the head with a 98 MPH fastball.

He directed his anger toward the fans in the seats afterward, hitting a revenge home run that cracked this young Yankees fan in the face.
