It is official, Carla Esparza will fight the undefeated Claudia Gadelha for the Invicta FC Strawweight (115-pounds) championship.

The Esparza and Gadelha title fight will headline Invicta FC 4 on Jan. 5 2013.

In the co-main event, bantamweights (135-pounds) Shayna “Queen of Spades” Baszler and Alexis Davis will square off in a rematch. The two had previously fought each other in 2010 with the Queen of Spades emerging victorious.

Rounding off the main card is a bout between Ediane Gomes and Hiroko Yamanka, and a match between Sarah D-Alelio and power striker Amanda Nunes.

Leslie Smith, who is coming off a second-round TKO over Kaitlin Young, will also be fighting on the main card, but her opponent is unknown at this time.
