Cole Miller and Sam Sicilia are set to do battle next Wednesday, which takes place on the UFC Fight Night card. Both have finishing abilities on the ground and feet, so it’s going to be interesting to see who can implement their strategy first in hopes of moving up the featherweight division, which has long been dominated by Jose Aldo.

Miller comes into this bout fresh off a dominate win over Andy Ogle. In the bout, Miller was able to showcase his crisp strikes, and when the openings came to fruition, he took the fight to the ground. It was a great win for Miller, who is climbing his way back up this competitive, exciting division. If Miller can defeat Sicilia in an emphatic fashion, he’s right up there with the best of them.

Sicilia is one of the most powerful punchers in the division. He is coming off a first round destruction over Godofredo Castro. Sicilia showcased his powerful hands, and he will be looking to do the same against Miller. A win over Miller would be Sam’s biggest win to date, and everyone in the division will have to start considering him a contender.

Miller will have the reach and grappling advantage, and his cardio is also top notch. But, Sicilia can end the fight with one punch, so Miller will have to keep his defense tight. It should be a great chess match between two of the most exciting fighters in the featherweight division, and it all goes down next week.
