With high-end sponsors like Nike and Gatorade behind him, Jones has broken through and catapulted himself into the same breath of LeBron James, Derek Jeter, and Peyton Manning. Jon Jones is mainstream.

Jones has said numerous times that he considers former foe Rashad Evans the "Frazier to his Ali." Just two years later, a couple of challengers have something to say about that.

After having an all-time great fight with Gustafsson, the two were poised to fight again. An injury forced Gustafsson out, and he was replaced by long-time Jones rival Daniel Cormier. Jon Jones' personal rivalries add a unique sense of hype to his fights.
