There have been some crazy MMA knockouts over the years, but there may not be one as gruesome as the MMA Knockout of the Year winner at this past weekend’s World Mixed Martial Arts Awards.

Michael Page destroyed Evangelista “Cyborg” Santos so bad that it took seven hours of surgery to put his skull back together.
