In terms of Salary Cap Space the Cap limit is 124 million.  Tampa Bay is one of 5 NFL teams with that has less than 100 million with their cap space.  This means the Buccaneers are one of five NFL teams with a boatload of salary cap room.  Tampa Bay needs to be active in free agency and the NFL draft this year.
