Kurt Busch seems to keep getting in trouble. NASCAR fined Kurt Busch on Tuesday for his actions at Darlington Raceway.

It was announced earlier today by NASCAR that Busch has been fined $50,000 and placed on probation until July 25th. NASCAR decided to punish Busch this way for his actions on Saturday night where he was driving recklessly in pit road and sped into Ryan Newman’s pit stall. Busch came close to hitting a few of Newman’s pit crew members.

Along with Busch several others were penalized, including Busch’s crew member Craig Strickler who was fined $5,000 and placed on probation until December 31st. Strickler was penalized for interfering with a cameraman after the race.

NASCAR penalized members from Ryan Newman’s team as well. Newman’s crew chief Tony Gibson is on probation until June 27 because he violated NASCAR’s rule where the crew chief is responsible for the actions of his team members.

The gasman of the No. 39 team, Andrew Rueger is on probation until late June just like Gibson and also received a $5,000 fine. Rueger was the crew member who went after Busch on pit road. Although he went after Busch, he was penalized for not listening to a NASCAR official.
