Todd Bodine Will Be Making His 200th Truck Series Start

Todd Bodine will be making NASCAR history in the truck series this weekend at Chicago.

The Camping World Trucks Series will be having it’s tenth race of the season meanwhile Bodine will be making his 200th trucks series start. Bodine has been a part of NASCAR’s other series but he will be adding another feature to his lists of accomplishments.

Through out his NASCAR career Bodine has made appearances in the Camping World Trucks Series, Nationwide Series, and the Sprint Cup Series. Bodine has been a part of 765 NASCAR races in all three series. He has started in 241 Sprint Cup races, 321 Nationwide races, and 199 truck series races. The American Ethanol 225 at Chicagoland Speedway will be Bodine’s 200th trucks race.

In 765 NASCAR races, Bodine has accomplished several features through out the season. Bodine has won two Camping World Truck Series Championships, which he won in 2006 and in 2010. He has 22 victories, 7 poles, 90 top-five finihes, and 121 top-10 finishes. Bodine is 20th in NASCAR’s all-time national starts list.

Heading into the race at Chicagoland Speedway Bodine has an opportunity. Bodine has finished second twice in three starts, in 2009 and in 2010.

Bodine is currently racing full time in the trucks series. He is 11th in the trucks series points standings.
