Danica Patrick Stays Behind The Wheel Even Off The Track
Danica Patrick likes to stay behind the wheel even when she’s not on the racetrack.
Patrick recently recorded with country singer Miranda Lambert for Lambert’s new music video. In the video Patrick is seen with Lambert hitting the bar for a couple of beers and even flirting with the guys there.
In Lambert’s “Fastest Girl In Town” music video Patrick takes control behind the wheel in a car chase along with Lambert in a stolen car. Despite not being at the racetrack or in her firesuit Patrick takes off fast.
With Lambert’s music video considered to be a mini-movie, there could be a possibility that Patrick makes a return for the next one.
This isn’t the first time Patrick is featured in a music video. Back in 2006 Patrick was featured in rap artist Jay Z’s music video for his single “Show Me What You Got”. Dale Earnhardt Jr. also joined Patrick in Jay Z’s music video, with both drivers behind the wheel.
Lambert’s music video featuring Patrick was released following Patrick’s return to Indianapolis Motor Speedway with NASCAR’s Nationwide Series. In the Nationwide Series inaugural race at IMS, Patrick finished in 35th after a wreck with Reed Sorenson in lap 39.
