The Thunder were in Portland Friday night to face the same Trail Blazers team they beat on Sunday.
The Thunder got off to a good start, moving fluidly on offense and keeping the quick-strike Portland offense at bay. Thunder led by 10 after 1. In the second quarter, Portland got their offense going, while the Thunder were able to keep pace during the quarter. Thunder led by 6 at halftime. In the third quarter, the wheels fell off for the Thunder. Portland reeled off a 15-0 run, and held the Thunder to only 11 points in the quarter. Thunder trailed by 8 after 3. In the fourth quarter, the Thunder were cold on offense, and were not able to get anything. The Thunder got no closer than 5, and the Thunder lose by 7.
Kevin Durant finished with 25 and 11 rebounds, James Harden added 21, and Russell Westbrook scored 16. Hitting the road again tomorrow night to take on the Clippers. Thunder Up!!!
