Have there ever been consecutive buzzer beaters at the end of a quarter? Oklahoma City’s superstars Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook did just that against the Los Angeles Lakers.
After Westbrook nails his shot, there are 0.8 seconds on the clock. Andrew Bynum tries to find someone to throw the ball to off the inbounds, and in a haste he just chucks it in.
Durant was reading his eyes, stepped in front of the pass, and was able to barely get it off before the red lights flashed on the back board.
This was one of the most incredible sequences I’ve ever seen.
