Stephen Curry hadn’t played much recently based on his latest foot injury just prior to the All-Star break and though Curry didn’t get many minutes against the Washington Wizards on Monday night only nine and yet he made the most of it scoring 12 points and he made the play of the night in the third period.
With great anticipation Curry was able to get into the passing lane and steal the ball.
The race was on between Curry and the Wizards’ John Wall.
Wall made an excellent effort to get back on defense and it appeared he would be able to make the play.
Curry had other ideas and went right at Wall.
Instead of attempting a layup that would have been contested by Wall, Curry faked Wall out with the ball, switched hands and with his left made an extremely difficult reverse layup.
