The Indiana Pacers are looking to beef up their scoring for a playoff run this season.  Per Yahoo, they have acquired guard Leandro Barbosa from the Toronto Raptors.  The 29 year old will be on his third team, after spending time with the Phoenix Suns before Toronto.

I’ve seen a lot of Eastern Conference basketball and this is a good move for the Pacers.  They really didn’t have a lot of scoring off the bench.  Barbosa can shoot it from deep and he has the ability to get hot quickly.  Playing Barbosa 20 to 25 minutes a game will pack some scoring that is needed to keep up with the Miami Heat  and Chicago Bulls.
