Boston Celtics Rajon Rondo Better Be Ready For Heat Retaliation
Boston Celtics point guard Rajon Rondo has been quite vocal during the NBA Eastern Conference Finals. The star point guard that has been one of the catalysts of Boston’s resurrection in this series has not been afraid to speak his mind about his opposition. First Rondo made it clear that the Miami Heat stars needed to hit the deck because they were scoring to easy in the paint. The Heat shrugged that one off and Rondo did not face retribution on the court despite the fact in the last three games Boston has clearly heeded Rondo’s lead as they have been far mor physical at the defensive end. Rondo’s next comments centered around the Heat stars crying for foul calls instead of playing defense. These last comments during halftime of game four that saw Boston tie the series in dramatic fashion will probably not go without some form of retribution.
The Miami Heat are a proud team. They may be egotistical and led by a complete dirt bag in Dwayne Wade and an underachiever in the big moment in LeBron James, but no one can take away the fact that they are highly skilled and can beat you in a lot of ways. A proud team like that is not going to stand for being insulted on national TV. These are the same guys that gave a guy on the Pacers a flying shot to the neck that did nothing, but make a choke symbol on the sidelines in the last series they played. What do you think they are going to do to a guy that publicly called them out on a huge stage like the Conference Finals?
The bottom line is Rondo had better keep his head up and have his usual uncanny ability to know his surroundings. Miami is going to be looking for some payback. I just hope that Rondo makes them pay after with a huge effort in a Celtics win. Remember Go Green Or Go Home!!!!!!!!!
