Getting Lopez is going to be great for Anthony Davis.  Davis will have a guy who can play the 5 so that he can focus on playing the four.  That will be great for his development and he will not be getting beat up inside.  The Hornets moved a bunch of size this offseason so getting some back is a big deal.

Robin Lopez was going to be too expensive to keep for Phoenix and they have been moving a lot of pieces around this summer.  Their roster is interesting and it could work out with some great results.  It could also be a disaster.  There really is no other way for it to go.

This move is a sneaky good one in a sea of sneaky good ones for NO this offseason.  They have shaped a roster that can contend for a playoff spot this year if everything breaks night.  At the very least, they should be back in the playoff hunt next season.  That is quite a turnaround from being a team that no one wanted to buy.  Adding big pieces like Davis certainly does not hurt

This deal is not done and could fall apart but the Hornets really want Lopez.  The rest of the deal is unknown at this time, but it looks like a great deal for the Hornets.  Davis doesn’t get murdered during his first year in the league and the Hornets add more talent.  Phoenix cuts salary and does not have to overpay a guy.

Watch Suns' Morris Attack His Own Teammate Goodwin

Just when it looked like Markieff Morris was ready to put all of the shenanigans behind him and focus on basketball, he does something stupid again. This time, he got so infuriated with teammate Archie Goodwin that he attacked him inside the Suns' timeout huddle. He not only shoved him, but he attempted to choke Goodwin which is way over the line.

Ryan Anderson Throws Down Savage Dunk On Kobe Bryant

Although Kobe would get the last laugh with the win, his second great performance and the Lakers notched back-to-back wins for just the second time this season, that doesn't stop this Ryan Anderson dunk from being any less disrespectful. The Mamba is in a retirement year, man, let him go out with his dignity still in tact.

Archie Goodwin Hits Epic Game-Winning Three

The Phoenix Suns are legit playing without five or six important members of their rotation currently, so guys who don't normally make the highlight reels are getting an incredible amount of playing time. This is the case for Archie Goodwin, who started at point guard in Brandon Knight's absence and hit this improbable three with time running out to cement a 98-95 win. Things haven't been go swimmingly in Phoenix this season, so it was awesome to see Suns fans and players alike enjoy this hard-fought win.
