Eric Gordon is not winning any fans right now. The New Orleans Hornets guard is currently out with a mystery knee injury. The doctors say he is fine, but Gordon says he is in tremendous pain. In fact, Gordon said that he might not make it back this season.

I am going to go ahead and call BS on this Gordon injury. It is clear that he does not want to be a member of the Hornets. He wanted to leave during free agency but the team decided to match his offer. This smells like a way for him to try to weasel his way out of town. For the life of me, I can not figure out why.
The Hornets are going to be one of the up and coming teams. I mean, who would not want to play with a guy like Anthony Davis? The kid has a ton of talent and he would make things really easy for a perimeter guy like Gordon. However, he wants to whine and moan his way to a new team.
Gordon has a ton of talent, but I saw the best comparison for him on Twitter. He is really on his way to being the next Vince Carter. A guy with all the talent in the world, but he simply does not want it. Just a sad case overall.
