Boston Celtics Should Trade For DeMarcus Cousins

DeMarcus Cousins is a big talent but he seems to be a big problem. With the Sacramento Kings, he keeps ending up on the wrong side of management. There are trade rumors about him but it looks like one team is making a big push for him.

Getting Boogie with the Boston Celtics would be a great move for them and for Cousins.  The Celtics would add a young guy who is probably going to end up as a superstar in the right place.  Putting him with a veteran heavy team with leaders like Kevin Garnett would be the best thing that could ever happen to him.

I really hope this happens.  I don’t like the Celtics but I think Boogie needs something like this to help his career.  He needs leadership and a team that will not put up with crap.  That is what Boston is.  They would work well for him and I really think he would mature on a winning team.  He might still have some issues but the old guard would help keep him in line.

Of course, he could start hanging out with Rajon Rondo and both players could go off the cliff.  However, that is well worth the risk for the team.  Getting a superstar who can play for the next decade is the risk you have to take.
