On Friday night, during the Miami Heat vs. Detroit Pistons, a fan named Michael Drysch hit a nearly impossible to make halfcourt shot during a break in game play.

When he hit the shot, the crowd went wild. It was like the Heat won the championship all over again, especially for LeBron James.

Not only, did Drysch win $75,000 for making the basket via an ugly hook shot, he received another surprise that no amount of money could buy him. He was joy tackled to the floor by James for his effort. James was more excited than anyone else in the arena that the Drysch made the basket that no one is actually meant to make.

Across the country, in Oakland, Stephen Curry was watching the classic moment. It seems that being snubbed for a well deserved All-Star game spot didn’t hurt Curry’s sense of humor.

Curry, finding inspiration from Tebowing and Te’oing, used the classic James moment to invent #Currying.

Jeremy Lin posted the picture of himself and Curry laying on the floor hugging a yellow bag of popcorn.

Curry, the Golden State Warriors guard, along with teammate David Lee were both competitive candidates to be selected as reserves for the upcoming All-Star game. While, Lee received the coaches vote, Curry wasn’t selected for the spot he very rightfully deserves.

Hopefully, #Currying has the Tebow effect and brings Curry enough Internet popularity to be selected for the All-Star game next year.
