Milwaukee Bucks Partying Like Its 1995 With Throwback Uniforms

The Milwaukee Bucks are currently the seventh seed in the NBA‘s eastern conference. However, they are plenty newsworthy with their decision to wear the 1995-96 throwbacks on Friday Night. Part of “Throwback Month”, the jerseys look like something straight out of a Snoop Dogg video.

I think these are rather sweet as the Bucks have the deer head and antlers thrown across the front of the jersey. Ray Lewis may even go out and snag one of these given his fixation with deer antler spray.

The funniest part of all of this is the fact the Bucks will be facing one of the oldest teams in the league in the New York Knicks. Believe it or not, a third of the Knicks players played against the bucks way back in 1995 as Jason Kidd, Marcus Camby, Kurt Thomas and Rasheed Wallace all are showing their age.

All four of these players have been hindered with some kind of injury or another as both Wallace and Camby are out for Fridays game in Madison Square Garden with foot injuries. Brandon Jennings is the poster-boy for the Bucks “Throwback Month” but, he will have to play better then he did versus the Chicago Bulls on Wednesday Night.

This will be Jennings first game since getting tossed out of the Bradley Center earlier this week–he will be more than likely matched up against Kidd who is “hopeful” to play through his recent back issues.

I’m hoping the Bucks go on some kind of hot streak as I’d love to see them in these uniforms night in and night out.
