Since the trade that brought him to the Toronto Raptors, the combination of Rudy Gay and Demar Derozan have lead the team to seven wins in the last ten games.

Gay's arrival has taken the heat and the double teams away from Derozan. Derozan has always been near the top in the league in getting to the charity stripe but now he is getting easy baskets and his scoring average has gone up.

Gay is playing with a chip on his shoulder and proving that he should be a perennial all-star. If he continues his play becoming the leader of the Raptors, the team might have a shot at making the playoffs. More importantly the team is set for years to come and the wins should come a lot easier.

The following are the current top five scoring duos in the NBA.
