LeBron James, Miami Heat are Scorching Hot: 14 Consecutive Wins

If you were dubious of LeBron James’ sovereignty, you were greatly mistaken. If you’re a Miami Heat antagonist that aspired the Heat to fizzle out within the season, your hope is misplaced.

The Heat just augmented their winning streak to 14 wins and King James continues to have an impact offensively, not only in scoring, but also in assisting and rebounding.

Although the New York Knicks did cool down James and the Heat in their first two matchups, the Heat have been on fire as of late and there was no way of Carmelo Anthony and the Knicks withstanding the flames.

James continues to put up remarkable numbers in almost every department (i.e. points, rebounds, and assists), setting the standard for uncanny athleticism in the NBA. If you notice, Dwyane Wade is following suit. He has been scoring, rebounding and assisting impressively, too.

Moreover, James and Wade aren’t the only players to score in double digits. On any given night, Chris Bosh, Ray Allen, or even Norris Cole, will score double digits alongside their dynamic duo.

Question: With a more-than-efficient offense by LeBron and a Miami Heat team that are putting up outstanding numbers collectively, how does anyone in the NBA expect to survive this Heat wave?

Do I expect the Heat to win every game heading into their postseason? No. Someone will end this streak eventually. Nevertheless, I’d hate to play them in the postseason. If the Heat are this hot during the regular season, can you imagine what would happen if they turned up the temperature come the playoffs?
