Louis Labeyrie enters the 2013 NBA Draft at the age of 21, but he has only an outside potential of being drafted this June. At 6-foot-10, 220 lbs., Labeyrie has good size for the power forward position and he has been adding to his overall frame recently. Labeyrie is considered to be a top 100 prospect entering this year’s draft, but that doesn’t necessarily guarantee him hearing his name on that final Thursday in June.

Labeyrie is athletic and he can rebound the ball particularly well. He spent this past season with Paris-Levallois in France, but did not see the greatest number of minutes. Labeyrie averaged 3.4 points and 3.0 rebounds per game in roughly 11 minutes per contest. Labeyrie has the chance of being drafted, but it’s not likely.

Strengths: Labeyrie is athletic and he can rebound the ball at a solid rate in comparison to the time he spends on the court. Labeyrie has a good motor and he is strong defender in the paint. He has continuously become a more notable shot blocker.

Weaknesses: Labeyrie needs to add more strength to his frame. He needs a more physical game to play at the NBA level and that would only help him take advantage of his skill set. Labeyrie can finish around the rim, but he needs a more polished offensive game if he hopes to make an NBA roster.

Draft Projection: Undrafted
