On Tuesday night the ping pong balls dropped and the entire order of the 2013 NBA Draft was decided upon.

The Washington Wizards and Cleveland Cavaliers were the big winners from the 2013 NBA Draft Lottery, moving up the boards and positioning themselves in good spots to add key players as both squads look to improve up sub-par seasons this past year.

The Cavaliers won the lottery outright, entering the night with the No. 3 overall selection, but walking away with this year’s top selection. The Wizards moved up from No. 8 to No. 3, breaking into a position where they can select from a wider variety of prospects.

This year’s draft is considerably weaker than year’s past, but that doesn’t mean quality NBA talent cannot be found.

Here’s a look at the full draft order for 2013:

No. 1- Cleveland Cavaliers
