Andre Iguodala’s addition to the Golden State Warriors signaled a change in the Warriors mindset. It showed that they were willing to pay big money to get their team into contention. Iggy cashed in big time, but he is also going to an excellent basketball situation which has been rare for him in the past.
ICYMI: Why I don't like the Iguodala move for the Warriors http://t.co/EkfBHGQPfk

This is a refreshing thing to see from a franchise that has been somewhat of a laughingstock in the past. Iguodala gives them a defensive stopper on the perimeter as well as a player who can sky above the rim and run in transition. He will likely push Harrison Barnres to the bench, but can you think of a better sixth man in the league than Barnes? If he accepts his role he will shine in it.
It should be an exciting year for the Warriors and if Steph Curry’s ankles don’t shatter into a million pieces then we could be talking about them next year as a dark horse contender for the Western conference championship. We will just have to see how the talent blends on the court but this will be one of the most young and exciting teams to watch next season.
