NBA Houston Rockets

Best Game on Houston Rockets 2013-2014 NBA Schedule

Dwight Howard

Richard Mackson-USA TODAY Sports

General manager Daryl Morey has employed an admirable level of attention to sabermetrics and frugal spending during his time as general manager, which makes it ironic that high-priced superstars James Harden and Dwight Howard have almost fallen into his lap. Morey’s a good GM, but it’s always nice when fortune gets two of the game’s best players dealt for astonishingly little in return.

The Houston Rockets‘ 2013-2014 NBA schedule projects as one that could see more than 50 wins if Howard plays like his old self. Combine that with all the snipers he can pass out to, and it starts to make sense why this team is considered a contender.
