Wizards tickets with the highest demand in the 2013-14 season is the first home meeting with the defending NBA champion Heat. This Wednesday night game is 99% above the average ticket price for Wizards home games. The $32 get-in price is also the highest for any home games this season.
2) 4/14/14 vs Heat | Avg. Price: $177.21 | Get-in Price: $19
It’s not surprising that their second home game against the Heat is Washington’s second most expensive ticket on average, but with a significantly lower get-in price. This is the Wizards’ last home game in the regular season. Washington was 1-3 against the Heat last season, but that one win came at the Verizon Center. The average price is 85% above the regular home game average.
3) 11/23/13 vs New York Knicks | Avg. Price: $147.20 | Get-in Price: $16
In three games against the Knicks last season, Wall averaged 23.3 points, 3.7 rebounds and 6.3 assists. The Wizards hope he can repeat those numbers during this Saturday night game. Tickets for the fifth home game of the season are currently 85% above the average home game price. The $16 get-in price is the lowest of the top five games for the season.

Kevin Durant and the Thunder come to town for the first game of a five game home stand for the Wizards. Washington and Oklahoma City split two games during the 2012-13 season. The get-in price is the second highest of the season, behind the first Miami game, and the average is 41% over the home game ticket average.
5) 3/15/14 vs Brooklyn Nets | Avg. Price: $134.87 | Get-in Price: $23
Rounding out Washington’s top five games is a March matchup against the Nets. This will give Washington fans a chance to see Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce in the black and white. This game also takes place on a Saturday night, which has given a boost to two of the other top five games. The average ticket for this game against the Nets is 41% above the home game average for the season.
The Wizards were 22-19 at home last season, well above their record on the road. The young talent should be improving, bringing quality basketball game to the Verizon Center in 2013-14.
