Phoenix Suns Point Guard Goran Dragic Suffers Moderate Ankle Sprain
Phoenix Suns guard Goran Dragic suffered an ankle sprain on Thursday night, so it looks like he will be out until at least the season starts and he might even miss longer if it gets worse. Hopefully that does not happen, but Dragic has battled injuries most of his career so a better safe than sorry attitude is probably best here.
They open the season on October 30th, but we will have to see, There is literally no point to rushing him back thought; the team is loaded with point guards and this could give Kendall Marshall a shot to back up Eric Bledsoe for a bit. Lord knows the former Heels point guard will not play much when Dragic comes back. The European’s play at EuroBasket was inspiring in front of his home country, and it would have been fun to see him pull a miracle run. Unbelievably he has a younger brother on the Euro team named Zoran Dragic. Folks, not making that up and honestly the truth is always more bizarre than anything you could make up.
Thanks to Bright Side of the Sun for the update below in the Suns loss.

Best of luck to Dragic, and whether he is in the lineup the Suns are being steered straight back to the lottery.
That is all for pro bball content today folks, but stop by Rant Sports Prep later on if you are still jones-ing for that good shit.
