Kevin Love Back To MVP Conversation Type of Play as Minnesota Timberwolves Topple Oklahoma City Thunder
Kevin Love is looking more fit than I have ever seen, and have to admit did not see that coming when he was initially drafted. Knew he came from a solid family, and was a player who would work hard on his game, but his body at the end of college looked more on the lines of a baby killer whale than a basketball player. His outlet pass was a thing of beauty, but his body had not quite caught up to his game yet. Well all that has definitely changed to be sure.
Love has looked good shooting the ball, and he is getting his usual around fifteen rebounds a game. Expect him to finish the year with averages of around twenty-five points and fifteen to sixteen rebounds, and he will definitely find his way back to the All Star game. Thanks to the tweet below for the awareness of Love’s play defensively in the win over the Thunder.

We will have to see if Love can keep this up, but you can bet that Ricky Rubio has never been happier and if this core can stay together, then we could be looking at a force in the Western conference for years to come. You can bet will definitely keep an eye on Love’s numbers as the year goes on, and if the Wolves can fight their way to the top the West, then we might even be looking at a dark horse MVP candidate in Love.
