Blazers vs. Raptors Game Preview, TV Schedule and Betting Lines

The Toronto Raptors are actually favored in this one if you can believe it. It is probably because they are at home but Vegas is giving them two and a half points over the Portland Trail Blazers and if I had some loose change might go after this one. They are currently on a six game winning streak and rank near the top of the NBA with a rebounding differential of 4.3. Head coach Terry Stotts certainly likes his team’s chances not only because of their rebounding, but also their determined passing over the streak.

“From an offensive stand point we are moving the ball well,” Stotts said to the AP. “I like the way we are coming together as a team.”

Know the Blazers had some early injury trouble, but expect them to cover the spread and probably even win the game if you are asking me. The game tips off at 1 PM EST in Toronto and tickets are still available.

I think Rudy Gay might be coming down from an emotional high with his latest win in his previous hometown of Memphis, and he might prove to be ineffective with Nicolas Batum’s hounding defense. The Raptors just do not quite have enough scoring punch to get this one done in my opinion, but lord knows I have been wrong before.
