“His 15 and 20 was one of his best games,” coach Scott Brooks said. “He’s standing out as a guy that can get 10 rebounds a night and he’s been pretty consistent. That’s what makes you a very good pro, that consistency.”
It would be impressive if Ibaka can bring that total packake to the big man position of shooting, rebounding, and blocking shots and will definitely keep an eye on whether he can keep this up as the year goes on.
The Thunder are favored by (-9) in this one, but still might take them on the over just out of pure respect for their talent level. The Nuggets have a nice rebounder in Kenneth Faried, but his name has been popping up in trade rumors more and more so you have to wonder if he will be a Nugget by February. Just do not think they will be able to keep up with the Thunder in this one, which will put a frown on Brian Shaw’s face.
