New York Knicks vs. Detroit Pistons Game Preview, TV Schedule, and Betting Lines

The Knicks have been sliding lately and despite heroic performances from Carmelo Anthony they are losing games and looking like they do not belong in the Eastern conference.

The Pistons are favored by four against them, and it is tough to argue in the Knicks favor. The loss of Tyson Chandler cannot be understated , and the Knicks defense has not been the same since his injury.

The Melo shot where the refs should have called continuation was tough to watch, and you can see that the small forward is getting frustrated with the way things are going. It would honestly not surprise me to see him test free agency in a very serious way, and it would be interesting to see if he would ever be interested in returning to the DMV. There would be many who would be willing and welcome to him there, but we will just have to see how this plays out.

I never root against the Knicks but it would be surprising to see them pull this one out, so bet on them at your peril. There could be changes coming soon within their organization, but it will take a couple more months for it to completely play out. That means stay away from them for just a little while longer.
