Brooklyn Nets vs. Toronto Raptors Tuesday Game Preview, TV Schedule and Betting Lines

Kevin KG Garnett

Sam Sharpe-USA TODAY Sports

Well this Brooklyn Nets experiment does not really seem to be working out well does it?

Amazing against the Toronto Raptors tonight at 7:00 PM EST are favored against one of the oldest teams in the league. Honestly if it were me would probably stay away from this one and look to the Verizon Center. Not a great slate of games today actually, and a much better batch coming later in the week. Come to think of it they probably save all their marquee games for later in the week. Here is the TV info for that one.

TV: YES, TSN, DTV: 631, 751

Kevin Garnett has been getting really frustrated with this team and it is hard to blame him. He does not quite have the same bite to his game anymore either, so it is harder and harder for him to be the one to pull his team up by their overalls. With Deron Williams and Brook Lopez both out too, it just seems the ship is sinking fast for them this season. We will just have to see if the Nets can stop this slide tonight, but would not not put my money on it to happen any time soon. At least as long as their two key players are hurt.

Thanks for reading y’all, one more preview to come this morning and then stay tuned for Rant Sports Prep material later tonight.

Watch Thaddeus Young Reject Ilyasova

It wasn't exactly an explosive dunk attempt, but Thaddeus Young still made a nice block of Ersan Ilyasova to save a basket for the Brooklyn Nets.

Dwyane Wade Makes Brooklyn Nets Look Foolish

You gotta give the Brooklyn Nets credit: Despite looking incredibly foolish at times in front of their home crowd, they competed against the Miami Heat on Tuesday night and only lost by four points. That said, you wouldn't know it from this epic clip of Dwyane Wade dribbling circles around multiple Nets and ultimately hitting a stellar fadeaway jumper.

Gerald Green Throws Down Monstrous Slam On Nets

Gerald Green hasn't been the most consistent player throughout the early stages of his young career, but there's no denying his overwhelming athleticism. Against the floundering Brooklyn Nets this evening, Green showcased some of those said abilities by emphatically throwing down a monstrous dunk, and he caught some major air in the process. If he's ever able to learn how to do it night-in and night out, Green is going to be an All-Star one day.
