Chicago Bulls: The Bulls' Inconsistent Ways Rear It's Ugly Head Again

Rob Grabowski – USA TODAY Sports

The Chicago Bulls tip off against the New York Knicks tonight at 8 PM EST at Madison Square Garden, and this one could be a real beat down on the home team.

Sorry to inform Knicks’ fans who have not been in the loop lately, the train is reall running off the tracks. Tyson Chandler, who it turns out is the whole defensive backbone of the team, is out for the foreseeable future and it is hard to imagine J.R. Smith turning many games this season for the Knicks with his defensive prowess.

Carmelo Anthony as much as admitted that they got their behind whooped, and it will not look prettier against the much more talented Bulls team.

“Right now there’s just no need for me to try to pinpoint what happened,” Anthony said after the latest 41 point loss. “What went wrong out there? Good old fashioned ass-whupping to me.”

The Bulls will smell fresh meat early in this one, and despite being on the road they should get a win. The line has not been set for this one as of this writing, because Luol Deng is doubtful.

Here is the TV info on that one in case that was all you wanted to use this poor minstrel blogger and leave.

TV: CSN-Chicago, MSG, ESPN, DTV: 206,634,665

Two previews more coming tonight if you stay nice for Christmas and then watch out for my Rant Sports Prep content to drop tonight.

President Obama's Got Jokes About Warriors, 1995-96 Bulls

The Golden State Warriors recently visited the White House to be acknowledged for their 2014-15 NBA championship. As you may know, President Obama is a huge fan of basketball, and especially his beloved Chicago Bulls. While introducing the team, President Obama joked that he was in the presence of one member of the greatest team in basketball history with Steve Kerr on stage. The Warriors head coach was a member of the 1995-96 Bulls team that many think of as the greatest team of all time.

Watch Marcus Smart's Epic Flop

Carmelo Anthony had a mismatch on Marcus Smart in the post, but Smart's flop was still a maneuver that went comically too far in an attempt to draw an offensive foul.
