Minnesota Timberwolves vs. San Antonio Spurs Friday Game Preview, TV Schedule and Betting Line
The Minnesota Timberwolves and the San Antonio Spurs face off tonight at 8:30 PM EST, and you know that Tim Duncan’s crew is favored (-9) in this one. Kevin Love is playing at an MVP level right now though, and he was even leading the league in scoring after a game last week.
The best power forward in the league probably cannot keep that up over the entire year, but he could keep the Timberwolves in the game and possibly even cause them to cover the spread.
Not expecting Tony Parker and company to have too much trouble though, especially at home, and just do not think the Timberwolves supporting cast is strong enough to keep them in the game. This quote pretty much sums up though how the Spurs are playing right now as a team unit.
“I just made shots,” Duncan said after the latest win. “That’s what it came down to. We moved the ball real well and we made open shots. We were able to get a lead, and I thought defensively we were solid. We were real active. Just good energy on a back-to-back for us.”
Here is the TV info on this one in case you are trying to tune in.
TV: FS-North, Southwest, DTV: 668, 677, 765
