Houston Rockets vs. Indiana Pacers Friday Game Preview, TV Schedule and Betting Line
The Indiana Pacers lost a tough one on Tuesday, and though Paul George was definitely fouled on that last play it is not a call that he can expect to get on the road especially against LeBron James.
“We weren’t able to make enough plays down the stretch,” said Frank Vogel after the game. “I thought both teams played great, played extremely hard. I think that their ability to get run-outs late in the fourth quarter gave them easy buckets. It was the difference for them.”
It did seem a little conspiratorial that James praised the officiating of the game moments after the final play, but guess those are the perks of being the best basketball player in the world.
Tonight though, the Pacers will try to wash the stink out of their mouth against the Houston Rockets at home. Here is the TV info for it just in case you were looking for it.
TV: CSN-Houston, FS-Indiana, ESPN, DTV: 206
Would go with the favored Pacers (-6) here to win because they are at home, but not to cover the spread against the talent the Rockets possess.
James Harden and company did look sharp on Tuesday as well, so it will be interesting to see if they can hang with the best of the East. The more the Pacers play, the more believe they will get the number one seed in the Eastern conference. That obviously does not guarantee a spot in the Finals, but it should set them up nicely with an opportunity to get there. Thanks so much for reading today folks and stay safe out there Chi-town.
