Los Angeles Clippers vs. San Antonio Spurs Saturday Game Preview, TV Schedule and Betting Line

Stephen Curry and Chris Paul

Jayne Kamin-Oncea-USA TODAY Sports

Well, the Los Angles Clippers have got ninety nine problems and Chris Paul is definitely one of them for a variety of reasons. Never thought I would write this about the young floor general, but he has seemed a bit Napoleonic in the last year. He spear-headed the removal of Vinny Del Negro with his refusal to stand up for the guy, and then when it looked like the Doc Rivers deal was going to fall through, he kept that thing going in his desired direction. Fast forward to this week, and the news comes out that Paul would be fine with the Clippers trading Blake Griffin for Carmelo Anthony. Yikes.

Anyways, on to the matchup: the Clippers face the San Antonio Spurs tonight at 8:35 PM EST, and if you were looking for the TV info then look no further.

Rivers needless to say did not sound cheerful after the latest injury.

“He’s down,” Rivers said. “He’s out at least three to five weeks and maybe more. We know it’s a separated shoulder. We don’t know what grade it is, yet. We’ll probably send him home, and he’ll get evaluated in L.A., and just hope that he’s going to be OK.”

The Spurs are favored (-9), and would go with them to cover at home. Not much need to say about that right? Cool. That is all for previews today, but will be making my thoughts known on a variety of sporting topics in the next month. Thanks for stopping by.
