Los Angeles Lakers vs. Dallas Mavericks Tuesday Game Preview, TV Schedule and Betting Line

Gary A. Vasquez-USA TODAY Sports

The Los Angeles Lakers will try to get some positive momentum going tonight against the Dallas Mavericks, which tips off at 8:35 PM EST. Also if you were looking for the TV info then you do not need to look any further.

TV: Time Warner, FS-Southwest, DTV: 676, 691, 763, 764

Things have not looked pretty for the Lakers lately, and the words of their head coach were not encouraging after their latest huge loss margin.

“It’s tough. There’s no sugarcoating it,” coach Mike D’Antoni said. “We’re in a hole, and we put ourselves in this hole. We’ll get guys coming back (from injury). We just have to keep playing hard, keep your head down, go through it.”

The signs do not sound too good out in the Hollywood Hills, and if you have not cashed in your chips one the Lakers then the time might be rapidly approaching. Do not think the playoffs are a realistic option for this crew, until see a healthy Kobe Bryant out on the floor.

Obviously the Mavericks are favored (-9) and would go with power forward Dirk Nowitzki’s crew in this one. Few more previews coming at you, and if you are a vinyl fan and you are not following Soul Step Records on twitter then you are missing out. Much love and stay warm out there.

Ryan Anderson Throws Down Savage Dunk On Kobe Bryant

Although Kobe would get the last laugh with the win, his second great performance and the Lakers notched back-to-back wins for just the second time this season, that doesn't stop this Ryan Anderson dunk from being any less disrespectful. The Mamba is in a retirement year, man, let him go out with his dignity still in tact.

Kobe Bryant Rejects Roy Hibbert's High-5 Attempt

Things didn't go swimmingly for the Los Angeles Lakers on Thursday night against the Chicago Bulls, as they played horribly and lost by 23 points. Kobe Bryant clearly wasn't pleased. When teammate Roy Hibbert attempted to give Bryant a casual high-five, it didn't go over well as an angered Bryant slapped it away in defiance.

Pau Gasol Puts "Shake and Bake" On Kobe Bryant

The Los Angeles Lakers and Chicago Bulls squared off on Thursday night, so naturally all eyes were on former teammates Kobe Bryant and Pau Gasol. The two had a nice embrace prior to opening whistle, but it was strictly business once the game got started. Don't believe me? Just check out this "Shake and Bake" executed to perfection by Gasol.

Dirk Nails Game-Winner, Gets Love From Kobe

Kobe Bryant wasn't able to lace up for the Los Angeles Lakers against the Dallas Mavericks on Tuesday night, but he still managed to make the highlight reels on multiple occasions. After Dirk Nowitzki nailed what turned out to be the game-winning jumper, he stumbled backward into Bryant and received a pat of approval. This encounter is the definition of the saying 'game recognizes game' as the two players are both legends and future Hall of Famers.
