Okay, the main thing want touch on here is Chris Paul; the point guard said recently that he would “not pass” on the opportunity to play in the All Star game which was awesome to hear. It is also probably the first time too that Paul’s impulse is to not pass on something; the floor general currently leads the league in assists per game and would expect that average to go up even more as the season goes on and he gets more familiar with his teammates.

Trust that CP3 is doing everything he can to get back on the court, and if he has circled the weekend in New Orleans as a day to get back then he will most likely make that happen. Blake Griffin has been showcasing his all around ability lately, and he will need to be at his best to get the wing in our neighboring country to the north tonight. This one tips at 7 PM EST, and here is the TV info in case you were just trying to use this poor soldier and leave.

TV: FS-Prime Ticket, TSN, DTV: 693, 751

Team Canada favored in this one (-1) and would pick them to win and to cover with so many injuries on the other side. For CP3, let us hope that he can be healthy for the game in his first pro basketball home; know that he has a real soft spot in his heart for his first team and it is that type of sincerity and heart that make him a franchise changing player and do not think for one moment that the community of New Orleans has forgotten all of the community work that the point guard has done in his time in the league. Love and service will prevail in the end folks, just follow CP3′s lead.
