Indiana Pacers vs. Los Angeles Lakers Tuesday Game Preview, TV Schedule and Betting Line
The Indiana Pacers get a bit of a break tonight when they face the Los Angeles Lakers, and it still seems a bit surreal that even typed this sentence at all. Small forward Paul George looks like a top three MVP candidate in the early season, and if Kevin Durant cools down at all then a window might open for the Fresno State graduate.
This one tips off at 10:35 PM EST, and here is the TV info for you.
TV: FS-Indiana, Time Warner Cable, DTV: 673, 691, 763, 764
Kobe Byrant is still out, and he was cagy with the ESPN reporter who was grilling him for a timeline on TV the other night. Here is a tip for any interviewers out there; it is good to ask questions that set your subject off balance a bit, but when they have already shut down a question, then do not waste your own (or the athlete’s time) by asking it again. That is just my opinion though, and you may take it for what it is worth.
Power forward Pau Gasol asked a question more to himself recently, and sad to say came up with a different answer than he did.
“Can we turn it around? I think we will,” Gasol said after the latest loss. “If we stick together, continue to work hard and get a couple of bodies back that are key, we can be a lot better and we can get much better results.”
Do not quite have the same faith here, and think ultimately it will be looked at as a toilet bowl season for the Lake Show. Would pick the Pacers to cover the spread (-10) here, and will probably be asleep when this one concludes but stay classy out there San Diego.
