Jimmy Fallon took over the reins of The Tonight Show last week after five years of hosting Late Night. The Tonight Show is back in New York for the first time since 1972 and all seems right for the legendary late night show. Fallon has welcomed many notable guests over his first week and a half at the helm. He’s called in favors from friends to appear and his guest list has been loaded every night so far.
Shaquille O’Neal was one star who made an appearance on Tuesday night. The future hall-of-famer was plugging the new season of his show on TruTV, but of course, he was also looking to create some laughs.
Here’s Shaq’s full interview, which is highlighted by him and Fallon switching suit jackets (one minute mark):
In case you forgot just how big Shaq is, that suit switch will bring it all back. The dude is simply enormous. Fallon is a normal-sized guy and he just looks like a little person next to the original Superman.
It seems that Shaq’s post playing days are going well. He of course has his regular gig on Inside the NBA, his show on TruTV and he’s a minority owner of the Kings. Dude is staying busy and still making lots of money. In case you missed it, Shaq will also endorse any product known to man. Buick cars, body lotions, pain relief patches — you name it, he’ll endorse it. Is he saving up his money to one day become the principal owner of a team? I wouldn’t rule it out.
