Have you ever wondered what LeBron James would be like as a rapper? What about a Lebron-Jimmy Fallon duo rap group? Yeah, me neither, but on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, the two showed us just how awesome it would be if they got together to spit some rhymes.
If you’re not a LeBron fan, this will make you feel a little less hatred for the superstar and Miami Heat villain. He is one of the best basketball players in recent memory and the best athlete in the game today. However, he apparently has some skills on the mic — even if the song is completely auto-tuned.
Check out the awesome rap on The Tonight Show here:
This song a pretty awesome version of Kurtis Blow‘s “Basketball” rap that was released all the way back in 1984. Sure, basketball is a cool sport, but what about wastepaper basketball? I mean, when we are at work or just sitting in a boring class or meeting, everyone’s favorite pastime is wastepaper basketball.
What can get a boring businessman through his boring day? How about wastepaper basketball? I think yes.
Jimmy Fallon is known for bringing out the goofy side in celebrities and top athletes and this is the perfect situation of such occurrence. If LeBron walked into my office and challenged me to a game of wastepaper basketball, I think my day would be a thousand times better.
If he decided to rap with me while playing, well, that would make it that much better.
Great clip by Fallon and LeBron.
