LeBron James‘ salary gets talked about all the time. Simply put, the guy plays for way less than he’s worth. However, don’t feel too bad for him. LBJ could cruise the rest of his life on the endorsement money he makes each year. Samsung is one of the companies that rewards James for endorsing its products. On Wednesday, their relationship hit a bit of a rocky patch.

James took to Twitter to vent his frustrations over his failing Samsung phone. Apparently, it completely reset and he lost all his data. His now deleted tweet read: “My phone just erased everything it had in it and rebooted. One of the sickest feelings I’ve ever had in my life!!!”

First off, that’s a big time first world problem, LeBron. Secondly, how dare you throw a company that pays you good money under the bus.

LBJ  apparently realized the magnitude of his tweet and then proceeded to try and cover his tracks:

“Anyways focus on this game! #StriveForGreatness #WitnessHistory”

“Close call. Wheew! Got all my info back. Gamer! Lol”

I don’t use a Samsung phone, but on my phone, there’s this little feature called backup. I would hope that all the major brands have some sort of backup feature, because smart phones do hold entire lives inside of them. Many of us would be wrecked if our phones died and we didn’t have backup.

Maybe someone should show James how to use that feature, or maybe he just lied and said that he got it back. Who knows? Either way, he learned a valuable lesson — don’t bite the hand that feeds.
