The Milwaukee Bucks will finish with one of the worst records in the NBA this season. The team needs a lot of help, so let's see how it could improve the roster.
The Bucks have a good chance of getting the No. 1 pick in the draft. The team should set its target on a player like Andrew Wiggins.
The Bucks are not going to score top talent on the free-agent market. However, picking up solid free agents like Marvin Williams potentially could help the depth of the Bucks.
Most good teams in the league have a great bench depth. If the Bucks can build a bench to that of the Brooklyn Nets or Indiana Pacers, it will give much rest to overworked stars and the team could finish games more easily.
The Bucks do have a lot of young talent like Ersan Illyasova, Khris Middleton and Giannis Antetokounmpo. If the coaches could work more with the rookies and develop them, Milwaukee could be dangerous in seasons to come. Patience is key here.
It took a while, but Jason Kidd really rounded himself out with the Brooklyn Nets this season. Brian Shaw is doing the same thing with the Denver Nuggets slowly. Milwaukee should catch onto the trend of hiring young coaches and find one for itself before its too late.
