It feels like injuries are holding back the Chicago Bulls. Imagine this team the past two years if they had a healthy Derrick Rose. An argument could be made that this team would be in the Eastern Conference Finals playing the Miami Heat. With all of the injuries, change will be coming to Chi-Town. In this article, I will predict the Bulls' starting five for the 2014-15 NBA season.

It really is a shame what has happened to Derrick Rose over the past few years. After his 2011 MVP campaign, Rose was on his way to running the league next to LeBron James. An ACL injury and a meniscus tear have cut Rose's playing time to only nine games in the past two years. Despite the injuries, Rose will be lining up next season as the starting PG, barring any injury. The Rose jokes need to be halted.

This may surprise many, but I have Jimmy Butler as the starting shooting guard for next season. In my opinion, Butler is the best wing defender in the game not named LeBron James. Butler's production slipped a little last season, but he has the potential to be an elite-caliber player. Butler plays with a ton of length and he has a nice stroke from deep.

For years now, people have called the Bulls cheap. The latest person to call the Bulls cheap was Bill Simmons. Many will say the Bulls won't sign Carmelo Anthony because of his defense, but Carlos Boozer was an awful defender and Joakim Noah did a fine job making up for his deficiencies. Anthony is one of the best offensive players in the game. He will cost a lot, but if the Bulls want to win a championship, signing Anthony would be smart.

Taj Gibson was recently told that he will be the starter for next season. That being said, Carlos Boozer is out the door and that makes way for Gibson. In Chicago's series against the Washington Wizards, Gibson was the most consistent scorer on this team. By pairing the USC product next to Noah, the Bulls may have the best defensive frontcourt in the NBA.

Joakim Noah was simply sensational this past season. In fact, he even got an MVP vote for his efforts. Noah won the Defensive Player of the Year award and he earned it. Noah can have a triple-double game at any point. When he doesn't have plantar fasciitis, Noah is easily one of the best big men in the league. The trio of Rose, Anthony and Noah is arguably better than Miami's Big 3.

Let’s hope so. Only ones who seem to think melo will stay in ny are desperate knicks fans. When all signs point to melo wanting to be on a contender. Even Phil Jackson wants him to take less money so there goes that part of the equation. Melo to bulls..it’s game over.
