The Pacers have fallen to the Miami Heat each of the last three years, and after struggling down the stretch of the regular season, the team will look to make some changes this summer. Frank Vogel will return, but questions remain about their roster and the overall chemistry of the team.

The Pacers bench was ranked No. 28 in the NBA in points scored. The team added Evan Turner at the trade deadline but he struggled to score coming off the bench. Adding scoring off the bench would take pressure off Paul George and the rest of the starters.

4. Acquire Veteran Leadership

When things were going awry for the Pacers, they lacked the veteran leadership needed to get the team back on track. Danny Granger was that selfless leader in the locker room but was dealt in the Evan Turner trade.

3. Fix Roy Hibbert

The Pacers would love nothing more than for Hibbert to return to his All-Star form next season but that task is much easier said than done. Hibbert disappeared and was held scoreless in multiple games in the playoffs, and it is clear that the Pacers are a much better team when Hibbert is right.

2. Keep Lance Stephenson, Let Evan Turner Walk

Lance Stephenson's antics may have been distracting and immature, but Stephenson was one of the few Pacers players to show grit, heart and fight on a nightly basis in the playoffs. The Pacers need his scoring and playmaking ability but he will be tough to keep with suitors already lining up for him. Evan Turner on the other hand wasn't a good fit for the team and likely won't be back.

1. Acquire a Proven Point Guard

The Pacers biggest need is a legitimate starting point guard. George Hill would be a solid back-up and plays good defense, but they need an aggressive point guard to lead the team. Kyle Lowry, a unrestricted free agent, would provide a huge boost to the team, but if not, they would likely have to explore trade options to add a PG.
