The Utah Jazz are set to have what looks to be a very eventful summer for them. On the heels of hiring new head coach Quin Snyder, the Jazz also have the No. 5 and No. 23 picks in the 2014 NBA Draft. The team will also have a lot of cap space to spend in free agency come July 1. Here are five fixes for them to consider this offseason.

The Jazz brought Quin Snyder in to develop the young talent on the roster. He mentioned in his introductory press conference that he wants to open up the offense and play strong defense. The Jazz are undergoing a lot of change, but adding Snyder seems to be a nice start in the right direction.

While in a transition period it is extremely important to have veteran leadership on the team. The Jazz have a roster filled with young players who need veterans to show them the right way to do things and lead them. Veterans Richard Jefferson and Marvin Williams are free agents this summer which makes acquiring veterans all the more important.

3. Continue to Develop Trey Burke and Derrick Favors

Trey Burke and Derrick Favors showed a lot of promise last season, and at ages 21 and 22, respectively, they have a lot of room to grow. As they continue to develop, the team will need to put the correct pieces around them to give them the best chance to succeed.

2. Free Agency Success

The best player on the Jazz, Gordon Hayward, is set to become a restricted free agent. Hayward was the team's leading scorer, but he needs help carrying that load. Free agents who could help are Luol Deng, Pau Gasol and Rudy Gay, who is a restricted free agent.

With the No. 5 and No. 23 picks in the draft, the Jazz can add two instant impact players. When the Jazz pick at No. 5, the best player available is likely to be Kentucky's Julius Randle. With Dante Exum expected to already be gone, Utah will likely pick between Randle and Indiana's Noah Vonleh. This is the deepest draft in years, so Utah can still find a solid player at No. 23.
