After another tough season, the Orlando Magic will be looking to re-shape the team in hopes of joining the postseason party next season. So what will the Magic do to achieve that goal? Here are my bold predictions for the Magic this offseason.

5. The Magic Will Take Joel Embiid With the Fourth Pick

5. The Magic Will Take Joel Embiid With the 4th Pick

With Embiid undergoing surgery on his foot that will likely take him out for the next eight months, the teams above the Magic in the draft order will hesitate to take him. The Magic will grab Embiid with the No. 4 pick, as the team has the time to wait until he heals, and will also solve the issue of having a backup big man behind Nikola Vucevic.

4. The Magic Will Keep Aaron Afflalo in Orlando

Contrary to belief that the Magic needs to trade Afflalo, the team will keep him this offseason, as he is one of the building blocks the team plans to re-build around.

3. The Magic Will Sign Tobais Harris to a Contract Extension

3. The Magic Will Sign Tobais Harris to a Contract Extension

Harris has one more year left on his rookie deal, and the way he is playing and the special asset he is, the Magic will sign him to a contract extension this offseason. Harris is just too much of a special talent to let get away, and the Magic knows this as well.

2. The Magic Will Draft Tyler Ennis With the 12th Pick

2. The Magic Will Draft Tyler Ennis With the 12th Pick

With the Magic taking Embiid with the fourth pick, the team will solve their point guard needs with the 12th pick by taking Tyler Ennis. Ennis will be a great fit for the Magic as he can run a team and create his own offense; something Orlando lacked last season.

1. The Magic Will Sign Eric Bledsoe in Free Agency

1. The Magic Will Sign Eric Bledsoe in Free Agency

The Magic have always been high on Bledsoe, and nearly obtained the guard in 2013 before backing out of the trade deal with the Los Angeles Clippers. With Bledsoe becoming a free agent again, the team will not pass on him again. Orlando will sign the talented guard, with Phoenix not matching his contract since he is a restricted free agent.
